Francine is a co-founding Director at the LHAA and has led the organisation since October 2011. After a career in sales and marketing, Francine lectured for 10 years in marketing and international trade within a Further Education College and two London Universities. She joined the Awarding Organisation Edexcel [a Pearson company] in 1999 as a Regional Curriculum Manager being promoted to National Sales Manager responsible for Employer & Apprenticeship Engagement in 2006 to 2011. Francine holds the assessor and internal verifier qualifications, D32, D33 and D34. Francine also holds a degree in business and has a post graduate Diploma in Marketing.
