Considering a career in the beauty industry? Come to our open day!
Taking the first step in your chosen career is a big deal, and at the London Beauty Training Academy, we want to help you make the right move.
That’s why we want to invite you to one of our open days, so you can see first-hand what training with the LBTA will involve. As you know, the beauty industry is one of the most exciting and rewarding places to work. Your qualifications can take you to your local spa or as far as Hollywood. It all depends on your ambition and enthusiasm for learning your craft and choosing the right path.
But before you make any decisions, here’s what to expect during a trip to one of our open days.
Welcome to the LBTA
We’re serious about beauty therapy, and so our facilities are high-quality and designed to help you get the best training possible. You’ll get the chance to tour the Academy and to meet our talented team of tutors. Our skilful staff know what it takes to become successful in beauty therapy, and they are committed to helping you make the most of your course. Don’t miss the chance to quiz them, and to find out what the LBTA can do for you.
At the open day, we’ll be asking you what you think it takes to be a good beauty therapist, nail technician and make-up artist. These discovery sessions are aimed at getting you to think about your career, and understand what’s required of you during the course. Our trainees are passionate, creative and raring to make their mark in the beauty industry. To support this, we work with top quality salon partners who can help you develop and guide you in your future endeavours. This is one of the key advantages of training with us, and so take the time to find out more about the incredible businesses who work with us.
Get kitted out
Whether you are going to be a beauty therapist, a nail technician or a make-up artist, you’ll need to get the tools of your trade. With so much choice out there, it can be confusing to know which items to buy. On our open days, we talk through the kit you’ll need to purchase for the training we’ll give you. You’ll discover the cost involved, and where to buy it.
The next step
If you do wish to apply for a place at the LBTA, we’ll explain the next steps. We’ll give you the information you need about our interview process, and the mandatory pre-course maths and English test. You’ll also leave armed with our course durations and start dates, and find out more about the home study elements of the training.
